Refund Policy

Love Thy Neighborhood will honor your request for a refund if you made an error during the donation process or in cases of fraud or accidental duplicate transactions. Such requests must be made within 10 calendar days of your donation. To request a refund, please email Kirsten Cragg at kirsten@lovethyneighborhood.org and we will work with you to come to a resolution.
